An Introduction

Hi, I’m Jamie!

I’m a creative problem solver with a passion for impactful design that drives meaningful results. With over 20 years of experience, I’ve worked with mission-driven organizations—including non-profits, government agencies, and businesses of all sizes—to deliver user-centered solutions that achieve their goals and make a positive impact.

As a versatile designer, I thrive at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and technology. Whether facilitating stakeholder workshops, crafting strategic product designs, or refining the smallest details in a design system, I bring a comprehensive approach to every project. My expertise spans UI/UX design, design system creation, project management, and UX research, all built on a strong foundation in graphic design, art direction, brand systems, and front-end development.

What truly sets me apart is my ability to navigate the creative, strategic, technical, and operational aspects of human-centered design. I excel at translating complex goals into elegant, actionable solutions that resonate with both users and stakeholders alike.

Let’s create innovative and impactful solutions together!

Testimonials

Impressive work on the UX side. The process being adopted there for consolidation of requirements, application of standards, and design for many is... a great model for not just the UX but…anything where we need something new, we should all be asking ourselves what exists before we pivot to building ourselves in the silos. Culture change.
— Sean C. Baumann, CTO and VP Software Strategy and Operations, Corporate, Thermo Fisher Scientific
